When Kids Get Scared Easily

Here's a little trick from child development:

Some kids love spooky. Others are terrified. Both responses are normal.

For sensitive kids:

  • Skip scary decorations
  • Choose "cute Halloween" over frightening
  • Let them opt out of scary experiences
  • Validate their fears

Halloween should be fun, not traumatic.
