Carrot stamping.

The Setup

  1. Cut the end off a carrot (the fat end)
  2. Dip in orange paint
  3. Stamp on paper

You now have carrot shapes. Easter theme accomplished.

Why This Is Genius

  • Uses food you probably have
  • Takes 2 minutes to prep
  • Kids can do it independently
  • Actually looks cute

Making It Easter-y

Carrot garden: Stamp carrots. Draw green tops.

Easter card: Stamp on folded paper. Write "Happy Easter" inside.

Bunny food: Add a bunny sticker nearby.

Pattern art: Rows of stamped carrots.

Other Vegetable Stamps

While you're at it:

  • Celery base = rose flower shape
  • Bell pepper = four-leaf clover
  • Potato = whatever shape you carve

Kitchen art supplies are underrated.

The Mess Reality

Orange paint on hands. That's the extent.

Put down newspaper. Have wet wipes ready. Done.

The Time Investment

Prep: 2 minutes Activity: 10+ minutes Cleanup: 3 minutes

That's a solid return on investment.
